The class rooms are well ventilated and spacious to accommodate 60 students.

The college library provides collection of wide range of books, E- Books, journals,relevant CDs and high speed internet facilities with spacious reading room.

The college has auditorium facility with advance sound system and seating capacity of 300 person. Where all the annual functions, parent’s teacher meeting and non academic activities can be carried out.

The only physiotherapy college premises in kalol,which has a large playground, where all the outdoor games like Cricket, Basketball, Football, Volleyball etc can be played.

The physiotherapy college has its own well equipped clinic, where all type of patients Including traumatic & non traumatic orthopaedic cases, neurological,paediatrics, cardio- respiratory cases and geriatric cases are treated. The clinical facility of Ananya College of Physiotherapy is serving around 20-25 km of surrounding population of kalol.

The campus consists of Several well built hostel blocks,both for girls and boys with capacity of 300 students. Each hostel consists of a separate mess, administrative office, warden quarter. In addition to well furnished rooms, the hostel is complete with facilities like free hi speed Wi-Fi , gymnasium, medical center and other amenities for shopping, sports, recreation and entertainment. A shopping complex, consisting all kind of shops, is constructed in the vicinity of the hostel blocks and caters to the daily needs of the students like groceries, stationery, laundry and grooming.

Health Center :

• All students are encouraged to use the Gymnasium to maintain best of their health.
• A broad range of different types of exercise equipment are available, includes Free weights such as dumbbells, kettle bells, barbells ,Resistance bands ,Weight machines, Treadmill, Elliptical, Cycle etc.

Security :

The following arrangements have been made to ensure the security of the inmates of the hostels:

• Security check at the main gate of each Hostel.
• Individual security guard at each hostel building.
• Lady Warden at girl’s hostels.

Transportation facilities is available to all area of Ahemdabad, Kalol, Chhandkheda , Gandhinagar, etc
